Re: COVID-19 Update, March 23, 2020
We remain open for business per the state directive.
In this quickly changing environment, we are currently faced with we wanted to keep in contact with our customers and partners to update everybody on how we are handling the situation here at ESOTERIC.
First and foremost, we are open for business, and we will continue to service the needs of our customers. For our product distribution, we are fully staffed to fulfill all orders, and we have actually seen an increase in business. We are also offering shipping specials and promos (see www.esotericcarcare.com for details). For those living in the Central Ohio area, we ask that you place your orders online for immediate shipping so that we can limit the amount of traffic in our facility.
For our service customers, we will continue to work on cars as scheduled, and are also booking appointments. All vehicles within our shop are sanitized once they arrive, and before they are delivered to you. If you require pick-up and delivery service, please contact us at email@example.com for scheduling.
For our detailing academy, we are currently scheduling classes for the summer and the fall and will be offering promotional incentives as well.
As suppliers to Essential Businesses and Operations, among other qualifying criteria, we are permitted to function during Ohio’s stay at home order. As we have been for the past several weeks, we will continue to operate our business with the utmost caution as it relates to the sanitization and cleanliness of our facilities to help protect our employees, our families, and our customers.

March 16th update:
To Our Valued Customers and Business Partners,
At ESOTERIC, caring for our staff, our customers, and our valued business partners is of great importance to our entire team. Given this, we wanted to take a brief moment to update you all on the steps we are taking to ensure a healthy environment within our business during this time of uncertainty as it relates to the COVID-19 virus.
We have instituted sanitization methods and standards within our facility that involves cleaning touchpoints within the business multiple times per day. We are also using disinfectants that have been recommended by the CDC.
And for customer vehicles we are working on, we have specialty automotive interior detailing products that include Microban®, which is considered to be one of the most effective anti-microbial solutions available. We are using this on every car interior and key fob that enters our building.
Additionally, we have also taken serious measures to ensure the safety of our employees and their families as well. If one of us is not feeling well, we are not coming in to work where we could potentially spread our sickness to others.
Rest assured that we are keeping ourselves informed as to the severity of the COVID-19 virus and that we are taking any and all precautions to ensure a healthy working and business environment.
