As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our automotive sales and service department to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability.

In this role, you will manage a team of salespeople, technicians, and service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans and budgets while implementing strategies to increase service department revenue and profitability.
• Lead and manage the retail and wholesale service operations and sales team to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and profitability goals.
• Continually innovate with the service operations to exceed customer satisfaction and build profitably.
• Oversee all aspects of the sales and service department, including technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service and resolve any escalated customer complaints or issues.
• Manage the scheduling and workflow of the service department to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and control expenses and ensure the service department operates within budget.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and service advisors.
• Work as an exceptional team member up, down, and across the team with partners from finance, Marketing, and others. 

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in automotive sales and service management

The Social Media Content Senior Specialist is an integral member of the ESOTERIC marketing team to develop and execute industry-leading marketing campaigns to reach ESOTERIC high-end customers and potential customers. The goal for this role is to deliver timely and frequent content on all platforms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and LinkedIn to drive website traffic, build our brand, and help us reach aggressive growth goals.

You will coordinate with the Creative Manager, graphic design team, and company partners daily for creative conception, content production, and day-to-day management on ESOTERIC social media channels including the planning, creating, and executing of customized content for our website. You will also be adept at reading platform reports and developing insights and go-forward plans from those reports.

Content includes but is not limited to, written blogs, photography, stories, reels, animations, GIFs, and more. The Social Media Content Senior Specialist is an individual who can think and execute with urgency with a social media-first mindset.

Job Description
The Social Media Content Manager is responsible for executing day-to-day social media needs across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

• Create, curate, and publish social posts while following established editorial guidelines.
• Closely monitor social media trends, hashtags, and conversations to identify opportunities for content creation and real-time engagement.
• Craft compelling, creative, and catchy social copy that complements visual content and resonates with target audiences.
• Responsible for community management, including interacting with fans and followers by replying to comments and messages to strengthen brand loyalty and promote brand advocacy.
• Execute social media strategies that align with the company’s brand identity and objectives, elevating our brand by keeping our community informed, and driving audience engagement, video growth, and revenue.
• Work with outside agency partners on our SEO and paid marketing strategies.
• Track, evaluate, and interpret weekly and monthly performance analytics to refine social strategies and optimize engagement.
• Strategically promote content from our website and YouTube in a timely manner across social platforms, including
• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with detailers in our studio daily to showcase the unique work they perform.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our social media presence.
• Create and manage a social calendar that aligns with our marketing messaging calendar and company initiatives.
• Ensure social accounts are updated with the latest content while leveraging platform features, including highlights, pinned posts, collaborations, links in bio, and more.
• Responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by the Creative Manager.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and audience behaviors.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook insights, Google Analytics, Bigcommerce).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving trends and technologies.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, but off-site activities are required during the summer peak season (car shows, local events, key customer locations)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Travel
This position requires up to 25% travel primarily local or within Ohio.
