Lead Client Advisor

Cleveland (Sales)

This position requires an in-depth understanding of ESOTERIC core service offerings, and the ability to communicate ESOTERIC’s point of differentiation based on customers’ specific vehicles and needs.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Welcome customers: work to identify their needs, preferences and motivation for calling / visiting ESOTERIC
    Communicate with prospective customers as needed:
    On the details of the ESOTERIC’s service offerings; in both technical and non-technical terms
    Discuss/offer valued-based services based on customer need
    Understand the products and techniques used at ESOTERIC
    Be comfortable in offering higher value services and products based on customer needs / interest
  • Arrange for car delivery prior to service and complete all check in tasks:
    Secure customer’s signature on liability waiver
    Take photos of condition of car upon arrival, documenting any pre-existing damage (if applicable)
    Ensure invoice is complete and an accurate estimate of cost for labor and services
    Establishes follow up timeline; check-ins as requested by customer
  • Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout its service and updates the customer frequently with pictures
  • Understand ESOTERIC CRM system (Shop Monkey) and log all communications with customers; noting specific customer needs to create an exceptional experience
    Partner with Service department to verify job completion
  • Arrange for car pick up after services are completed:
    Participate in quality control in conjunction with Service Manager / Shop Foreman
    Advise customers on the proper care for their vehicle, including maintenance
    Verify and review all final invoices (reconcile work performed and charges)
    Send customer survey 12-24 hours after delivery.
    Target customer satisfaction: 99% for a rolling 12-month period
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building strong customer relationships and strengthen ESOTERIC’s reputation for excellent service and to generate repeat business
  • Build and maintain a service report that shows a (3) week view and shares projects upcoming, leaving and prepare for the month ahead:
    Review and set expectations with Service Manager/Shop Foreman
    Understanding staff schedules and taking into account those who are out of the shop
    Maintain inventory of detailing products, PPF supplies, emblems and any customer part / product request, working in conjunction with the Product team as applicable
  • Identify and develop strategies/methodologies to always exceed customer expectations
  • Establishes a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor to all customers by having an understanding industry trends, ESOTERIC products and the competitive landscape

Dealer Sales & Service Manager

Cleveland

This position requires an in-depth understanding of ESOTERIC core and dealership service offerings, and the ability to communicate ESOTERIC’s point of differentiation based on customers’ specific vehicles and needs. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Respond to in-bound inquiries and be able to communicate with dealerships customers:
    • On the details of the ESOTERIC’s service offerings
    • Discuss/offer valued-based services based on need
    • Understand the products and techniques used at ESOTERIC 
    • Offer higher value services and products based on dealer customer needs / interest (Upsell)
  • Develop annual dealer sales strategy with the general guidance from the appliable ESOTERIC Partners & Management team, establishing
  • Performance standards and goals, to measure, control, take corrective action and report results as appropriate
    • Maintain a baseline of revenue per man-hour – Defined by Principals 
  • Manage dealership relationships including Sales, Service and General Managers to strengthen ESOTERIC’s reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business
    • Has retention goals for dealership accounts
  • Manage the dealership team effectively by scheduling associates, service appointments, and oversee work flow to deliver quality work on time 
  • Monitors the progress of key vehicle throughout its service and updates the dealership on applicable progress via text messages, phone call or Shop Monkey
  • Understand ESOTERIC CRM and Invoicing System (Shop Monkey) to:
    • Manage communications with dealership; noting specific dealer needs to create an exceptional experience
    • Create and send all invoices for work completed
    • Partner with Service department to manage and verify job completion at our New Albany location, as needed
  • Utilize effective time management skills in order to handle multiple calls in a fast-paced environment
    • Identify and develop strategies/methodologies to always exceed customer expectations 
    • Deliver a consistent customer experience by providing efficient and timely resolutions
    • Act as customer advocate by resolving complex concerns in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Establishes a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor to all customers by having an understanding industry trends, ESOTERIC products and the competitive landscape
  • Oversee Human Resources for dealership team by:
    • Onboarding and training newly hired associates
    • Identifying associates training needs and ensure they are fully met
    • Recognize talented staff and develop them for growth within the company
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to all associates, manage annual performance reviews
    • Has retention goals for employees 
  • Hosts daily stand up meetings to review schedules and expectations 
  • Demonstrate ability to make good business decisions aligned with our brand values
