Film Warranty Coverage

Valid from date of purchase. Covers defects in materials and manufacturing against yellowing, bubbling or cracking. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, installation issues, accidents, misapplication, normal wear and tear, dents from road debris impact, collisions, and/or intentional damage of any kind. ESOTERIC is not responsible for any resulting damages or fines. For valid claims, ESOTERIC shall remove the defective film and reapply new product determined by ESOTERIC.

Please note that this limited warranty is prorated. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR OF PERFORMANCE, CUSTOM, OR USAGE OF TRADE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY TIME PERIOD. It is important to understand that this means the warranty coverage decreases over time and eventually expire, depending on the specific terms of the specific product warranty.

Note that some state laws do not permit limitations on the length of an implied warranty. In this case, the limitation above may not apply. Also note that if the protective liner is peeled and installation of product is attempted it voids return policy.

Limitations of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, ESOTERIC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the product(s) whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability. Note that some states/regions/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the aforementioned limitation or exclusion may not apply.

Limitations

The warranty and remedies above are available exclusively for the described product(s). ESOTERIC cannot modify or extend this limited warranty. Bray Group International shall be solely responsible for determining the validity of all claims and reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria. Replacement of the defective film, including labor, is the exclusive remedy. Liability does not extend to any other damages: incidental, consequential, or otherwise.
